HONEYEAGLE HNAG1000-ETO (0-10PPM) ethylene oxide detector is an online Gas detection device for real-time and accurate detection of ethylene oxide gas concentration and leakage in various environments. The instrument adopts imported Electrochemical sensor and microcontroller technology, which has the advantages of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. Explosion-proof wiring is suitable for hazardous places and is compatible with a variety of Control systems.

Principle
Electrochemical sensor is used to detect ethylene oxide concentration by diffusion Sampling method. The sensor converts gas concentration into electrical signal, displays real-time value on the screen after processing by microcontroller, and outputs standard signals such as RS485 and 4-20mA to realize concentration monitoring and control.

Steps
1. Installation equipment: fixed installation at the detection point to ensure that the working environment meets the requirements.
2. Connect power supply: Use DC5V or DC24V power supply.
3. Output signal connection: Connect RS485 or 4-20mA output interface as needed.
4. Use the infrared remote control to set: modify the alarm point, concentration calibrating, zero calibrating, muffling, factory recovery and other operations.
5. Monitoring display: View gas concentration, temperature, Humidity and other parameters in real time through a 2.5-inch high definition color screen.
6. Remote monitoring: Optional wireless transmission, upload data to mobile phone or monitoring center.

• Avoid use or storage in an environment beyond the storage temperature of -40~ 70 ° C.
