Overview
PORUIKE BC-110A surface roughness instrument is a Portable digital measuring instrument, which can choose four parameters of Ra, Rz, Rt, Rq, and is widely used in the production site and out-of-office identification and inspection of metal and Non-metallic machined surfaces. The instrument adopts a high-speed DSP processor, is equipped with Optical inspection Glass matrix calibrated sample, and has a Sensor probe protection door and a sturdy aluminum drawing die design.
Features
1. Measurement parameters of Ra, Rz, Rt and Rq can be selected.
2. Optical inspection Glass matrix is used for calibrated samples, which is identified by the National Institute of Measurement, with high accuracy, not easy to scratch and long service life.
3. Adjustment, simple operation.
4. Using high-speed DSP processor for data processing and calculation, fast speed and higher accuracy.
5. Optional sampling length 0.25mm, 0.80mm, 2.50mm.
6 point array LED liquid crystal display, high luminance, no viewing angle, wide temperature, suitable for various occasions.
7. With automatic shutdown function and low power consumption software and hardware design, Working time is long.
8. Support two charging methods: special charger or computer USB port, which can work while charging.
9. Sensor probe has a protective door to effectively protect the probe and ensure Measurement accuracy.
10. The shape is designed with a drawn aluminum die, which is sturdy and durable, and has significant resistance to electromagnetic interference.
Principle
The instrument moves on the measured surface through the Sensor probe to convert the microscopic unevenness of the surface into electrical signals. The high-speed DSP processor collects, processes and calculates the signal, and finally displays the asperity parameters such as Ra, Rz, Rt or Rq on the point array LED LCD screen according to the selected sampling length and evaluation length.
Applications
Metalworking surface inspection, Non-metallic processing surface inspection, production site inspection, outgoing identification inspection
Standards
National Institute of Measurement
Steps
1. According to the measurement requirements, choose the appropriate sampling length (0.25mm, 0.80mm or 2.50mm).
2. Select the asperity parameter (Ra, Rz, Rt or Rq) to be measured.
3. Use the calibrated sample that comes with the instrument to calibrate.
4. Place the instrument Sensor probe smoothly on the surface of the workpiece to be tested.
5. Start the measurement, and the Sensor probe moves along the stroke length (6mm) to complete the measurement.
6. Read the measurement results displayed on the point array LED LCD screen.
Notice
* Ambient Temperature should be between -20 ℃~ 40 ℃, relative humidity should be less than 90%.
* The working environment should be free of vibration and corrosion.
* Sensor probe has a protective door, when not measuring, make sure that the protective door is closed to protect the probe.
The instrument is powered by a 3.7V lithium-ion battery and can be charged through a dedicated charger or a computer USB port.
The instrument has an automatic shutdown function to save power.
