Overview
PORUIKE HV-1000A microscopic Vickers hardness tester is to press the surface of the workpiece, and then measure the length of the diagonal of the Crane by the reading Microscope, and finally use a conversion relationship between the diagonal and the test force to measure Vickers Hardness. Mainly used to test the Hardness of small precision parts, surface hardening layer Hardness and effective hardening layer depth, surface Hardness of platings, sheet material and fine wire Hardness, it is equipped with automatic turret device, stable performance, strong structure, Reliability, simple operation, controlled by CPU test process, equipped with high-definition Optical inspection measurement system, photoelectric sensing and other new technologies, with the help of computer-aided means to achieve powerful functions. It is widely used in Hardware processing, electronics industry, engineering Quality control and other fields. It is a satisfactory hardness testing instrument for material testing in scientific research institutions, processing manufacturing and Quality control departments.
Features
1. The hardness gauge instrument adopts a quiet design mechanically, and the CPU controls the test process electrically. Optical inspection uses high-definition Optical inspection measurement system, photoelectric sensing and other new technologies.
2. The operation is input by the touch key on the panel, which can preset the test force holding time, select the Vickers or Knoop test method, and adjust the strength of the Measurement light source.
3. Can display measurement Crowd length, Hardness system, measurement times on LCD LCD screen.
4. Suitable for the measurement of small, thin specimens, parts after surface infiltration treatment, the measurement of microscopic Vickers and Knoop Hardness of brittle materials such as agate, Glass, ceramics, etc. It is a hardness testing instrument for R & D institutions, Universities & colleges, production enterprises and testing institutions to conduct research and testing.
Principle
The surface of the workpiece is pressed, and then the length of the diagonal of the Cedar is measured by the reading Microscope, and finally the Vickers Hardness is measured by a conversion relationship between the diagonal and the test force.
