PORUIKE BCT-210C (N1) is a split High Accuracy Coating thickness gauge. It adopts magnetic Induction and eddy Current Measurement principles, which can be widely used in the thickness measurement of platings, paints, enamel layers, aluminum tiles, copper tiles, Babbitt tiles, phosphating layers, paper, etc., as well as the thickness measurement of hull paints and underwater structural attachments. It is suitable for manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other testing fields.

1. Select the appropriate probe according to the measurement requirements and connect it. 2. Power on and select the system language (Chinese). 3. Depending on the substrate material and coating type, select the appropriate calibrate mode (one point calibrate or two point calibrate) in the menu and calibrate. 4. Select Measurement mode (Continuous Measurement mode or Single Measurement mode). 5. Place the probe vertically on the surface of the coating to be tested for measurement. 6. Read the measurement results on the LCD display (unit: μm). 7. The number of measurements, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average, Standard Deviation and other data can be viewed through the statistical function. 8. The measurement data can be transferred to the PC through the USB interface. 9. After use, you can choose to shut down manually or wait for automatic shutdown.
