Overview
The LS108A lens transmittance measurement instrument is mainly used for the measurement of IR inks holes in mobile phone lenses, and is also suitable for various infrared transmittance tests with infrared technology products, such as remote control windows, IR cuts, etc. The instrument uses infrared 850nm Illuminant, infrared 940nm Illuminant and visible 550nm Illuminant to irradiate the measured transparent substance, and detects the incident ray intensity and transmitted Light intensity of the Illuminant through the sensor. Calculate the transmittance and express it as a percentage.
Features
1. Three Illuminants share a test hole, equipped with alignment indicator LED, one alignment can measure three data
2. Visible light transmittance with a peak wavelength of 550nm and infrared transmittance of 850nm and 940nm can be measured, providing three display modes
3. Mainly used for mobile phone lens IR inks light transmitance measurement, also suitable for infrared technology product testing
4. Equipped with computer software, results can be derived, qualified judgments can be made, and the number of tests and pass rates can be counted
5. The minimum test hole size is φ 1mm, suitable for materials with a hole diameter greater than 1mm
6. Adopt large LCD screen display for easy reading
7. With Real-time Dynamic Self-Adjustment, Automatic calibration to 100% transmittance
8. Adopt Type-C double-sided pluggable interface, which can be connected to computer software
Principle
The LS108A test principle is to use infrared 850nm Illuminant, infrared 940nm Illuminant and visible 550nm Illuminant to illuminate the transparent substance to be measured. The sensor detects the incident ray intensity of the three Illuminants and the light intensity after passing through the transparent substance to be measured. The ratio of light intensity to incident ray strength is the transmittance, expressed as a percentage. The test aperture is 1mm, and the three-in-one optical path design can measure three data at a time.
Applications
Mobile phone lens IR inks, remote control window, IR cut filter
Steps
Automatic calibration to 100% transmittance
2. Use the alignment indicator LED to assist in aligning the test hole
3. One alignment can measure three data
4. The result can be exported or qualified judgment can be made by connecting the computer software through the Type-C interface
