Principle
This equipment adopts electronic constant force speed control line, digital direct display of shaft Rotation speed, and equipped with dispersion impeller and sand grinding disc. The dispersion head under the high speed drive of the motor produces swirl/spin tangential high linear speed, the material under the action of huge centrifugal force, withstands strong hydraulic shear and high frequency mechanical effect, thousands of times per minute, so as to achieve efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization effect. According to the relationship between the displayed Rotation speed and material viscosity and chemical reaction rate, process data can be provided for large-scale production.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc or grinding wheel according to the material characteristics.
2. Place the material in a stainless steel barrel.
3. Adjust the dispersion head to the appropriate height through the lifting bracket.
4. Use a solid clamp to fix the barrel.
5. Rotation speed (0-8000rpm adjustable) is set by frequency converter.
6. Start the equipment for scattered or ground operations.
7. After the job is completed, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Before operation, make sure that all parts of the equipment are firmly installed, especially the dispersion disc/grinding wheel.
• Rotation speed according to material Processing capacity (maximum 5L) and viscosity to avoid overload.
• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 220V, please make sure the power supply matches.
• The lifting bracket should be operated smoothly to avoid collisions.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning to ensure safety.
• In order to obtain accurate process data, please observe and record the relationship between Rotation speed and material reaction state.
