Principle
The equipment adopts electronic constant force speed regulation, and directly displays the rotating shaft Rotation speed through digital. The dispersion head generates a swirl/spin tangential high linear speed under the high-speed drive of the motor. Under the action of huge centrifugal force, the material is subjected to strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects, and bears thousands of actions per minute, so as to achieve efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization. This principle can provide correct process data for large-scale production.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc or grinding wheel according to the material characteristics.
2. Place the material in a stainless steel barrel.
3. Adjust the dispersion head to the appropriate height through the lifting bracket.
4. Use a solid clamp to fix the cartridge.
5. Rotation speed (0-8000rpm) set by frequency converter.
6. Start the equipment for scattered or ground operations.
7. After the job is completed, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
* Before use, please ensure that the Power supply voltage is 220V and check whether the components of the equipment are in good condition.
* Rotation speed and processing time according to material viscosity and Processing capacity (max 10L).
* When the equipment is running, do not touch the high-speed swirl/spin dispersion head with your hands or other objects.
The lifting bracket should be operated smoothly to avoid collisions.
* After use, the dispersion disc/grinding wheel and barrel should be cleaned in time to keep the equipment clean.
* Do not exceed the maximum processing capacity and Rotation speed of the device.
* To obtain process data for large-scale production, please observe and record the relationship between Rotation speed and material viscosity and chemical reaction rate.
