Principle
This equipment drives the motor to run at high speed through an electronic constant force speed control line, and the dispersion head produces a swirl/spin tangential high linear speed. Under the action of huge centrifugal force, the material bears strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects, and is subjected to thousands of actions per minute, thus achieving efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization. Users can provide process data for large-scale production according to the relationship between the displayed Rotation speed and the material viscosity and reaction rate.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc or grinding wheel according to the material characteristics.
2. Place the material in a stainless steel barrel.
3. Adjust the dispersion head to a suitable height through the lifting bracket and fix it.
4. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed (0-8000rpm) through the frequency converter.
5. Start the equipment for scattered or ground operations.
6. After the job is completed, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Please ensure that all parts of the equipment are firmly installed before operation.
• Rotation speed according to material viscosity and Processing capacity (max 10L).
• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 220V, please make sure the power supply matches.
• After use, the dispersion disc/grinding wheel and barrel should be cleaned in time.
Do not perform component adjustments or maintenance while the equipment is in operation.
• To obtain accurate process data, pay attention to the relationship between Rotation speed and material reaction state.
