Overview
BOLEL PURIFICATION EQUIPMENT SW-CJ-1F (all-steel smart) Laminar Flow Cabinet is a smart purification device with an all-steel structure design. The work surface is corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean stainless steel material. The outer box is an ivory white electrostatic powder lame plating Cold steel rolled plate with anti-corrosion and anti-bacterial growth properties. The device provides single and double-sided operation functions, optional single or double person operation, and accepts non-standard size customization.

Principle
The Laminar Flow Cabinet uses a built-in fan to drive the air through a high-efficiency Filter to form a clean airflow layer, ensuring that the work area reaches a clean level of 100 (US LIANBANG 209E standard). The airflow is optimized for streamlined styling with minimal disturbance, and the UV Lamp and lighting system are interlocked to provide sterilization and lighting functions to ensure the sterility and safety of the operating environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Turn on the device and use the LED control interface to set the wind speed and function.
3. Start the UV Lamp for sterilization as needed (pay attention to the interlocking function).
4. Place items in the work area for operation.
5. Turn off the device after use and replace or clean the pre-Filter regularly.
Notice
• The smart panel needs to be optional, please configure according to your needs.
• Ensure that the interlock function of the lighting and sterilization systems is normal during operation, and avoid opening at the same time.
• Regularly check the running time of the filter and replace it in time to maintain a clean effect.
• Use brake casters when moving the device, and ensure stability after fixing.
• Use appropriate tools when cleaning the countertop to avoid damaging the stainless steel surface.
