Overview
BOLEL PURIFICATION EQUIPMENT SW-CJ-1Cu Laminar Flow Cabinet is a standard open horizontal laminar flow double person Laminar Flow Cabinet, which is widely used in electronics, security, precision instruments, meters and other fields to provide a sterile and dust-free clean environment. The product adopts a quasi-closed Glass damper and a double-speed adjustable air volume fan system to ensure stable working wind speed.
Features
1. Quasi-closed Glass damper, effectively prevent external airflow penetration and operation odor stimulation.
2. Two-speed adjustable air volume fan system to ensure that the working wind speed is always in a satisfactory state.
3. Standard open horizontal laminar flow double person design.
4. LED LCD panel control allows you to observe the wind speed of the instrument at any time.
5. The countertop in the experimental area is made of 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.
6. Glass is embedded on both sides for easy observation.
7. Accept customer non-standard size orders.
Principle
Laminar Flow Cabinet provides a clean environment through horizontal laminar flow, using a fan system to drive the air through the Filter to form a stable airflow, effectively remove dust and microorganisms, and ensure sterile and dust-free conditions in the work area.
Applications
Electronics, security, precision instruments, meters
Standards
American LIANBANG Standard 209E
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device switch.
2. Adjust the air volume to the required wind speed through the LED LCD panel.
3. Observe the wind speed display to ensure that the working wind speed is within the range of 0.3 to 0.6m/s.
4. Conduct experimental operations and keep the work area clean.
5. Turn off the equipment after use and clean the countertop.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ before use.
• Regularly check the Filter status and replace it in time.
• Avoid blocking the airflow during operation and keep the ventilation smooth.
• Use appropriate tools when cleaning to avoid scratching stainless steel countertops.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
