Overview
BOLEL PURIFICATION EQUIPMENT APB-800 clean two-way transfer window is an auxiliary equipment for clean rooms. It is mainly used for the transfer of small items between clean rooms and clean rooms or between clean rooms and non-clean areas to reduce the number of times the clean room is opened, thereby minimizing the risk of contamination. Its working area size is 800 * 800 * 800mm, Dimension is 920 * 860 * 880mm.
Features
1. The countertop and box are made of stainless steel plate, which is smooth and clean.
2. The doors on both sides are equipped with mechanical interlocking or electronic locking devices to ensure that the doors on both sides cannot be opened simultaneously.
3. The electronic interlocking transmission window box is equipped with door opening signal indicator lights on both sides, which can indicate the opening status of the opposite window.
4. The transfer window is equipped with a special sealing strip to ensure good air tightness.
5. Indoor lighting and ultraviolet sterilization lamps can be added according to different uses.
6. It can be customized into self-cleaning clean transfer window or various Specification models according to user requirements.
Principle
Through its box structure, the transfer window establishes a controlled transfer channel between the clean area and the non-clean area or the area of different cleanliness grades. Through mechanical or electronic interlocking devices, it is ensured that the doors on both sides cannot be opened at the same time to prevent cross-contamination. When transferring goods, one side of the door is opened to put in the goods and then closed. After possible self-cleaning or disinfection treatment, the other side of the door can be opened to take out the goods, thus effectively maintaining the cleanliness of the clean room environment.

Clean rooms, biological laboratories, pharmaceutical workshops, electronic dust-free workshops, Food processing plants, hospital operating rooms and other places that need to control air cleanliness.
Steps
1. Confirm that the doors on both sides of the transfer window are closed.
2. In the non-clean area or on the side with low cleanliness, open the transfer window and put in the items to be transferred.
3. Close and confirm that the side door is locked.
4. Depending on the type of transfer window (e.g. clean type), internal self-cleaning or UV sterilization functions can be activated (e.g. equipped).
5. After the internal processing is completed, the operator on the clean area or high-cleanliness side can open the door on the other side and take out the items.
6. After removing the items, immediately close the transfer window.
Notice
When transferring items, ensure that the doors on both sides cannot be opened simultaneously.
• Before placing the item, the surface of the item should be cleaned as necessary.
• It is strictly forbidden to transfer items that are prone to generating a large amount of dust or volatile matter.
• Regularly check whether the sealing strip, interlocking device and indicator light of the transfer window are working normally.
• If equipped with an ultraviolet germicidal lamp, personnel should avoid direct gaze when using it and ensure that the door is turned on after closing.
• Regularly clean and disinfect according to Frequency of use and environment.
