Overview
The BOLEL PURIFICATION EQUIPMENT APB-800 clean two-way transfer window is an auxiliary equipment for clean rooms. It is mainly used for the transfer of small items between clean rooms and non-clean areas to reduce the number of times the clean room is opened, thereby minimizing the risk of contamination. The work surface and box are made of stainless steel plate, which is smooth and clean.
Features
1. The countertop and box are made of stainless steel plate, which is smooth and clean.
2. The doors on both sides are equipped with mechanical interlocking or electronic locking devices, so that the doors on both sides cannot be opened simultaneously.
3. The electronic interlocking transmission window box is equipped with door opening signal indicator lights on both sides to know the opening of the opposite window.
4. The transfer window is equipped with a special sealing strip to ensure airtightness.
5. According to different uses, indoor lamps and sterilization lamps can be added.
6. It can be processed into a self-cleaning clean transfer window or a transfer window of various Specification models according to user requirements.
Principle
The transfer window ensures that the doors on both sides cannot be opened at the same time through the interlocking devices (mechanical or electronic) of the doors on both sides, effectively isolating areas of different cleanliness levels and preventing cross-contamination. When transferring items, the operator needs to put the items in one piece and close the side door, and then the operator on the other side can open the opposite side door to remove the items, so as to maintain the cleanliness of their respective areas.

Steps
1. Confirm that the doors on both sides of the transfer window are closed.
2. Open the door on the side of the transfer window and put the items to be delivered into the work area.
3. Close the side door and ensure it is locked.
4. After the door opening signal indicator light on the other side is on or the interlock is confirmed to be lifted, the operator on the opposite side opens the door on the other side.
5. Remove items from the work area.
6. Close the side door and complete the transfer.
Notice
• Before passing the goods, please make sure the inside of the transfer window is clean.
• It is strictly forbidden to open the doors on both sides at the same time to maintain a clean isolation effect.
• According to actual needs, indoor lamps or ultraviolet sterilization lamps can be turned on for lighting or disinfection.
• Regularly check the effectiveness of sealing strips and interlocking devices to ensure that the equipment works properly.
• Do not pass items that are overweight or out of size to the work area.
