BOLEL PURIFICATION EQUIPMENT JC-715 (cold plate paint) clean sampling car is a multi-functional movable sampling device designed according to GMP standards. It is suitable for sampling raw and auxiliary materials in the preparation, electronics, precision instruments, food and other industries. The cleanliness level can reach 10,000 (the highest 100). Principle
The clean sampling vehicle sucks air through the built-in fan, and after the high-efficiency Filter filtrates, a clean vertical or horizontal unidirectional flow of air is formed, establishing and maintaining a high-cleanliness environment in the work area. The equipped ultraviolet sterilizing lamp can sterilize the work area surface, thus providing a clean space for material sampling.

Steps
1. Move the sampling vehicle to the specified sampling location.
Connect the power supply (AC, 220V/50Hz).
3. Turn on the power switch and start the device.
4. Through the computer touch point control panel, stepless adjustment of fan wind speed as needed.
5. Before sampling, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp can be turned on to sterilize the working area (note that personnel need to leave).
6. Turn on the fluorescent lamp to ensure the Illumrination degree of the work area.
7. Perform material sampling operations.
8. After sampling, power off the device and disconnect the power connection.
Notice
The maximum power consumption of the device is 0.5KW. Please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements (AC, 220V/50Hz).
* When turning on the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, personnel must leave the work area to avoid direct ultraviolet rays to the eyes and skin.
Please pay attention to the average wind speed range (0.3 to 0.6m/s) when operating.
* Device weight is 80kg, please pay attention to safety when moving.
Regularly check and replace high-efficiency filters to ensure cleanliness.
* Equipment noise ≤ 62dB (A), if any abnormal noise is found, please check it in time.
* Do not use in environments with strong vibration or that do not meet equipment requirements.
