Principle
The clean sampling vehicle drives the air through the internal fan, and after the high-efficiency Filter filtrate, a clean one-way airflow (laminar flow) is formed to achieve and maintain the required cleanliness level (such as 100, 10,000) in the work area. The ultraviolet sterilizing lamp is used to sterilize the environment, and the computer touch point control panel and the stepless speed regulating fan are used to easily operate and adjust the operation status of the equipment.

Steps
1. Move the clean sampling vehicle to the designated sampling location.
Connect the power supply (AC, 220V/50Hz).
3. Start the device by tapping the control panel of the computer.
4. Adjust the air volume of the fan through the stepless speed regulation function as required.
5. Before sampling, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp can be turned on to disinfect the environment.
6. Carry out material sampling operations in the working area (size 840 * 570 * 1450mm).
7. After use, turn off the power of the device.

• This equipment is suitable for raw material sampling of non-sterile preparations, not for sterile preparations.
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (AC, 220V/50Hz) before use.
• Please pay attention to equipment noise (≤ 62dB (A)) and vibration when operating.
• Regularly check and maintain high-efficiency filters to ensure cleanliness.
When turning on the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, personnel should avoid direct exposure to the ultraviolet offline.
