Overview
BOLEL PURIFICATION EQUIPMENT JC-1000 (cold plate paint) clean sampling car is a multi-functional movable sampling device designed according to GMP standards. It is suitable for sampling raw and auxiliary materials in the preparation, electronics, precision instruments, food and other industries. The cleanliness level can reach 10,000 (the highest 100). It has the advantages of simple structure, beautiful appearance, flexible movement, economy and practicality. It is the required equipment for implementing GMP sampling.

Principle
The clean sampling vehicle drives the air through the built-in fan, and after the high-efficiency Filter filtrates, it forms a clean vertical or horizontal one-way flow of air, establishing and maintaining a high-cleanliness environment in the work area. UV sterilizing lamps are used to sterilize the work area to ensure the sterility or low bacteria requirements of the sampling process.

Steps
1. Move the sampling vehicle to the specified sampling location.
Connect the power supply (AC, 220V/50Hz).
3. Power on the control panel.
4. Adjust the air volume of the fan through the stepless speed regulation function as required.
5. Before sampling, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp can be turned on to disinfect the work area (note that personnel need to leave).
6. After disinfection is complete, turn off the UV Lamp and turn on the fluorescent lighting.
7. Material sampling operation under clean air protection.
8. After sampling, power off the device and disconnect the power connection.
Notice
* Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (AC, 220V/50Hz) before use.
* When turning on the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, personnel must leave the work area to avoid direct ultraviolet rays to the eyes and skin.
Regularly check and replace high-efficiency filters to ensure cleanliness.
When moving devices, be careful to avoid violent collisions.
The maximum power consumption of the device is 0.5KW. Do not overload it.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the internal electrical components of the equipment.
Keep the equipment clean inside and outside to extend its service life.
