BOLEL PURIFICATION EQUIPMENT JC-1000 (all stainless steel) clean sampling vehicle is a multi-functional movable sampling device designed according to GMP standards. It is suitable for sampling raw and auxiliary materials in the preparation, electronics, precision instruments, food and other industries. The cleanliness level can reach 10,000 (the highest 100). Principle
The clean sampling vehicle drives the air through the internal fan, so that the air is purified by the high-efficiency Filter, forming a vertical or horizontal laminar flow of clean air, establishing and maintaining the required high cleanliness environment in the work area. The equipped ultraviolet sterilizing lamp can further disinfect the work area to ensure that the sampling process meets the cleanliness requirements.

Steps
1. Move the sampling vehicle to the specified sampling location.
Connect the power supply (AC, 220V/50Hz).
3. Power on the control panel.
4. Adjust the air volume of the fan through the stepless speed regulation function as required.
5. Before sampling, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp can be turned on to disinfect the work area.
6. After disinfection is complete, close the UV Lamp and start the sampling operation.
7. After sampling, power off the device and disconnect the external power supply.
Notice
• This equipment is suitable for raw material sampling of non-sterile preparations, not for sterile preparations.
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (AC, 220V/50Hz) before use.
When turning on the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, personnel should leave the work area and avoid direct ultraviolet radiation.
• Regularly check and replace high-efficiency filters to ensure cleanliness.
• When moving the device, pay attention to stability and avoid violent collisions.
• The maximum power consumption of the device is 0.5KW, please do not overload it.
• When cleaning the equipment, please use a suitable cleaner to avoid corrosion of the stainless steel surface.
