Overview
AISRY ASR-5608 electric Pencil hardness tester is an instrument specially used for finished product lame plating hardness testing. It is mainly used for coating hardness testing of mobile phone cases, MP3/MP4 cases, notebook computer cases and other digital home appliance shells. It adopts electric (semi-automatic) control and realizes stable and low noise front and rear actions through stepper motor drive. The test stroke can be adjusted according to specific requirements.
Features
1. Dedicated to all kinds of finished lame plating hardness testing, such as digital home appliance shell.
2. Adopt electric (semi-automatic) control, step motor drive, stable operation, low noise.
3. The test stroke can be adjusted according to specific requirements.
4. Standard standard Hardness pencil 6B to 6H 1 each, a total of 13 pcs.
Principle
The instrument is mainly composed of a pencil holder and a test bench. The pencil holder and the column form a four-link structure to ensure that the weight weight acts vertically on the intersection of the pencil lead and the test bench, and the angle between the pencil and the test bench remains unchanged at 45 °. The test bench can be moved horizontally and vertically to fix the Coating sample, and slide the sample in the direction of scratch, and the pencil draws a trajectory on the test strip. By replacing the pencil scratch with different Hardness, the Hardness value of the film can be determined. During the test, the Hardness pencil is fixed at a 45 ° angle, the front end of the refill is in contact with the film surface and an appropriate load is applied, the test platform moves at a certain speed, so that the film surface passes through the refill, and the softest pencil grade that does not cause scratches is used as film Hardness.
Applications
Mobile phone shell, MP3/MP4 shell, notebook computer shell and other types of home appliances digital product shell lame plating hardness testing
Standards
JIS-C3003、D0202、(K5400)、K5600-5-4、K5651、K6894、K6902、ASTM-D2197、D3363、ISO-15184、GB/T6739
Steps
1. Fix the Coating sample on a movable test bench.
2. Select and install the required Hardness standard pencil on the pencil holder to ensure that the pencil is at a 45 ° angle with the test bench.
3. According to the test requirements, apply an appropriate load (e.g. 500g or 250g) to the pencil holder.
4. Adjust the traverse speed of the test platform (such as JIS specification recommendation 0.5mm/s, the machine can be adjusted).
5. Start the instrument, causing the test platform to move at the set speed, and the pencil to draw a trajectory on the surface of the sample.
6. Observe the scratch results, and determine film Hardness by replacing different Hardness pencils and repeability tests to determine the softest pencil level that does not cause film damage (scratches).
Notice
Before testing, make sure that the sample is firmly fixed on the test platform.
• Select and apply the load correctly according to the test standards and requirements.
• Regularly check the status of the pencil tip to ensure that the refill is sharp and meets the test requirements.
• The working power supply of the instrument is AC 220V 50HZ, please ensure that the power supply matches.
• The test stroke and speed are adjustable, please set according to the specific test specifications.
After the test is completed, please clean the test bench and pencil holder.
