Principle
The high-speed swirl/spin head is used to shear, Impact and rub the material to realize the mixed emulsification of liquid and liquid, the dispersion of liquid and solid powder, and the mashing and pulping of tissue cells. The motor-driven working head runs at high speed, and the Rotation speed is controlled by a stepless governor to achieve the ideal treatment effect.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate head specification according to the Processing capacity
2. Connect the working head to the drive motor through the coupling
3. Adjust stepless governor to desired Rotation speed
4. Immerse the working head into the material for processing
5. Turn off the power supply after the processing is completed, and remove the cleaning work head.

• Power supply voltage 220V 50HZ before use
• Make sure the equipment is stable when the working head touches the material
• Clean the working head in time after processing is completed
