Principle

The Applicator rod uses an open wire-wound process, in which wide and shallow grooves are formed on the rod body by spaced surrounding wires. When Spreader is performed, these grooves are able to accommodate and guide the Coating, which is particularly conducive to the flow of high viscosity Coatings, reducing blockages caused by Coating accumulation, and eliminating linear marks that may occur after Spreader, resulting in a uniform wet-film coating.
