Overview
AISRY ASR-50E Thermal Shock Test Chamber is used to test the tolerance of metal, plastic, rubber, electronics and other materials or composites under continuous environment of extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature in an instant. By simulating the effect of thermal expansion and contraction, it can evaluate the chemical changes or physical damage that may be caused in the shortest time. Provide basis or reference for product improvement.
Features
1. Adopting a three-box structure, it is divided into a high-temperature zone, a low-temperature zone, and a test zone. The test product is statically placed in the test zone and tested by Temperature Impact.
2. Adopt touch-sensitive graphic operation interface, easy to operate.
3. Impact mode adopts air path switching to introduce high or low temperature airflow into the test area for Thermal Shock test.
4. High or low temperature Impact time can reach 999 hours, and the maximum cycle period can reach 9999 times.
5. The system can set automatic cycle or manual selective impact, and supports zone 2 or zone 3 impact and cold and hot flushing start settings.
6. The chilling down system adopts binary freezing system, which cools down quickly, and the chilling down method is water-cooled, which can also be used for normal temperature impact test.
Principle
Through the air passage switching mode, the air flow in the preset high temperature zone or low temperature zone is quickly introduced into the test area where the static sample is placed, so as to realize the rapid temperature Impact on the test sample and simulate the extreme temperature change environment to investigate the thermal expansion and contraction performance and tolerance of the material.
Applications
Metal, plastic, rubber, electronic and other materials testing
Standards
GJB150.5 temperature impact test, GJB360.7 temperature impact test, GB/T 2423.22
Steps
1. Place the test product in the test area.
2. Set test parameters, such as Impact temperature, time, cycle cycle, etc., through the touch graphic operation interface.
3. Select the automatic cycle or manual mode, set the impact mode (zone 2 or zone 3) and the starting conditions (cold or hot).
4. Start the equipment, and the system will introduce high or low temperature airflow into the test area through air path switching for Impact.
5. After the test is completed, the equipment stops running and the test product is taken out for analysis.
Notice
• The power supply of the equipment is AC 380V, 3-phase, 5-wire, and it is necessary to ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• The equipment has overheating protection, Compressor overload protection, control system overload protection and high and low voltage protection switches, and its effectiveness needs to be checked regularly.
• The use of environmentally friendly refrigerant HFC requires professional operation and maintenance of the refrigeration system.
• The equipment is water-cooled chilled down, and it is necessary to ensure that the chilled down water supply is normal.
• Please be familiar with the touch interface and various function settings of the device before operation.
The placement of the test product should ensure that it does not affect the air circulation and is a static test.
