AISRY ASR-80E Thermal Shock Test Chamber is used to test the tolerance of metal, plastic, rubber, electronics and other materials or composites in a continuous environment of extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature in an instant. By simulating the effect of thermal expansion and contraction, it can evaluate the chemical changes or physical damage that may be caused in a short time, providing a basis or reference for product improvement.
Features
1. Adopting a three-box structure, it is divided into a high-temperature zone, a low-temperature zone, and a test zone. The test product is statically placed in the test zone for impact.
2. Adopt touch graphic control operation interface, easy to operate.
3. Impact mode adopts air path switching to introduce high or low temperature airflow into the test area.
4. High or low temperature Impact time can reach 999 hours, and the maximum cycle period can reach 9999 times.
5. The system can perform automatic cycling or manual selective impact, and can set two or three zone impact and cold and hot flushing initiation.
6. Using binary refrigeration system, the cooling is fast, and the chilling down method is water-cooled.
Principle

Steps
1. Place the test sample in the test area.
2. Set parameters such as high temperature, low temperature, Impact time, and cycle period through the touch interface.
3. Select the automatic cycle or manual mode, and set the Impact Zone (Zone 2 or Zone 3) and the starting method (Cold or Hot).
4. Start the device, the system will automatically switch the air path according to the setting procedure, and perform the Thermal Shock test.
Notice
• The power supply of the equipment is AC 380V, 3-phase, 5-wire, and it is necessary to ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• The equipment has overheating protection, Compressor overload protection, control system overload protection and high and low voltage protection switches, and its effectiveness needs to be checked regularly.
• When using water-cooled chilling down, make sure that the chilled down water supply is normal.
• Be familiar with the touch interface and equipment safety devices before operation.
• The test sample should be placed to ensure that the air circulation is not affected.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not open the box door at will.
