Overview
AISRY ASR-150E Thermal Shock Test Chamber is used to test the tolerance of material structures or composites under continuous environments of extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature in an instant, aiming to evaluate their chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction in the shortest time. The equipment is suitable for metals, plastics, rubber, electronics and other materials to provide basis or reference for their product improvement.
Features
1. Adopting a three-box structure, it is divided into a high-temperature zone, a low-temperature zone, and a test area. The test product is statically placed in the test area, and the high-temperature or low-temperature airflow rushes into the test area during Impact.
2. Equipped with a touch-sensitive graphic operation interface, easy to operate.
3. Adopt the air passage switching method to introduce the temperature into the test area for Thermal Shock test.
4. High or low temperature Impact time can reach 999 hours, and the maximum cycle period can reach 9999 times.
5. The system can perform automatic cycling or manual selective impact, and can set two or three zone impact and cold and hot flushing initiation.
6. Using binary refrigeration system, the cooling is fast, and the chilling down method is water-cooled.
Principle
Through the air passage switching mode, the air flow in the preset high temperature zone or low temperature zone is quickly introduced into the test area where the static sample is placed to achieve the temperature Impact on the test sample to simulate the environment where the temperature changes sharply in a very short time.
Applications
Metal material testing, plastic material testing, rubber material testing, electronic product testing
Standards
GJB150.5 temperature impact test, GJB360.7 temperature impact test, GB/T 2423.22
Steps
1. Place the test product in the test area.
2. Set test parameters, such as Impact temperature, time, cycle cycle, etc., through the touch graphic operation interface.
3. Select the automatic cycle or manual mode, and set the Impact Zone (Zone 2 or Zone 3) and the starting method (Cold or Hot).
4. Start the device, the system will automatically switch the air path according to the setting procedure, and perform the Thermal Shock test.
5. After the test is completed, the sample is removed for evaluation.
Notice
• The power supply of the equipment is AC 380V, 3-phase, 5-wire, and it is necessary to ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• Please confirm that the chilled down system (water-cooled) is connected and running normally before use.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door, so as not to affect the test accuracy and cause safety hazards.
• Please check the safety protection device of the equipment regularly, such as overheating protection, Compressor overload protection, control system overload protection, high and low voltage protection switch, etc. are normal.
• The inner and outer boxes of the equipment are made of SUS304 stainless steel. Please use a suitable cleaner when cleaning to avoid corrosion.
• The test sample placement should not hinder the air circulation in the box to ensure temperature uniformity.
