AISRY ASR-225E Thermal Shock Test Chamber is used to test the tolerance of material structures or composites in a continuous environment of extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature in an instant, and to inspect the possible chemical changes or physical damage caused by the rapid thermal expansion and contraction effect. The equipment is suitable for metals, plastics, rubber, electronics and other materials, providing basis or reference for product improvement.
Features
1. Adopting a three-box structure, it is divided into a high-temperature zone, a low-temperature zone, and a test zone. The test product is statically placed in the test zone, and high or low temperatures are introduced through wind circuit switching for impact.
2. Equipped with a touch-sensitive graphic operation interface, easy to operate.
3. High or low temperature Impact time can reach up to 999 hours, and the maximum cycle period can reach 9999 times.
4. The system supports automatic cycling or manual selection of Impact mode, and can set Zone 2 or Zone 3 Impact and cold and hot flushing initiation.
5. The binary freezing system is used, the cooling is rapid, the chilling down method is water-cooled, and the normal temperature impact test can be carried out.
Principle
Through the air passage switching mode, the air flow in the high temperature zone or low temperature zone that has reached the set temperature in advance is quickly introduced into the test zone, and the temperature Impact of the static test sample is carried out to simulate the environmental conditions of drastic temperature changes in a very short time.

Steps
1. Place the test sample in the test area.
2. Set the required Temperature range, Impact time, cycle and other parameters through the touch interface.
3. Select the automatic cycle or manual impact mode, and set the impact zone (zone 2 or zone 3) and the starting method (cold or hot).
4. Start the equipment, and the system will automatically perform the high and low temperature switching Impact test according to the set program.
5. After the test is completed, the sample is removed for analysis.

• Equipment power requirements are AC 380V, 3-phase, 5-wire, need to ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• The equipment has overheating protection, Compressor overload protection, control system overload protection and high and low voltage protection switches, and its effectiveness needs to be checked regularly.
• When using water-cooled chilling down, it is necessary to ensure the supply and smooth flow of the chilled down water source.
• Please be familiar with the functions and setting methods of the touch interface before operation.
• The test sample placement should ensure that it does not affect the air circulation in the test area.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not open the box door at will, so as not to affect the test accuracy and cause potential safety hazards.
