Overview
This machine is suitable for testing the degree of wear resistance and decolorization of inks, printing products and color printing boxes. The degree of wear resistance and decolorization is determined by rubbing the tested sample with white Dowling paper (or white book paper).
Features
1. Adopt reciprocating friction method, surface contact form.
2. Equipped with a grinding head, the friction load can be selected as 2lb or 4lb.
3. The friction stroke is 60mm, and the friction area is 50 * 156mm.
4. Adopt LED display operation mode, adjustable speed and friction frequency.
5. The number of times setting range is 0~ 999999, and it will automatically stop after reaching the set number of times.
6. The sample size is 220 * 60mm.
Principle
The machine reciprocates friction between the tested sample (such as inks printing) and the white Dowling paper (or white book paper) under the set load, stroke and frequency, and determines the wear resistance and decolorization of the sample according to the chromadizing of the rubbed paper or the abrasion of the sample.

Steps
1. Prepare specimens that meet the size (220 * 60mm) and white Dowling paper (or white book paper).
2. Install the sample and paper on the testing machine as required.
3. Set the required number of frictions (0 to 999999) through the LED display.
Select the appropriate friction load (2lb or 4lb) and install it.
5. Adjust the friction speed (frequency) to the desired value.
6. Start the machine and start the friction test.
7. After the test reaches the set number of times, the machine automatically stops.
8. Take out the sample and paper, observe and determine the degree of wear resistance and decolorization.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
• Please check whether the components are firmly installed before operation.
• Choose the friction load and speed correctly according to the test standards and requirements.
The sample size must meet the requirements (220 * 60mm) to ensure the accuracy of the test.
Do not touch moving parts during the test.
