Overview
This machine is an AISRY brand ASR-339A rubber alcohol Wear resistance tester, which is suitable for wear resistance testing of various non-conductive film layers, and can use erasers or alcohol to rub fabrics.
Features
1. Provide a variety of clamping methods and a variety of friction methods to ensure accurate and productive testing.
2. Adopting LED digital display setting counter, the number of tests can be set arbitrarily, and the actual number of tests can be visually displayed.
Principle
The testing machine drives the friction head through the motor, and reciprocates the surface of the sample within the set friction distance and speed range to simulate the actual use of abrasion, and records the number of frictions through a counter.
Applications
Wear resistance test of non-conductive film layer
Steps
1. Select an eraser or alcohol friction fabric as the friction medium according to the test requirements.
2. Fix the specimen on the machine.
3. Set the required number of tests through the LED digital display counter.
4. Adjust the friction distance (10mm to 50mm) and round trip (0 to 60 times).
5. Start the machine and start testing.
6. After the test reaches the set number of times, it will automatically stop and observe the abrasion of the sample.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V/5A.
• Before operation, please confirm that the friction distance, round-trip stroke and other parameters are set correctly.
• Pay attention to machine maintenance and keep the mirror stainless steel body clean.
Do not touch moving parts during the test.
