Overview
AISRY ASR-5600 Alcohol Wear friction tester is a multi-functional wear resistance testing equipment, suitable for glass cover, film, plastic, auto parts, rubber, leather and Spinning & weaving, Eletroplating, free disassembly components, lacquer, printing patterns and other products wear performance testing. The device supports the use of erasers, alcohol cloth and other media for testing, to meet a variety of test standards.

Principle
The testing machine drives the test arm to reciprocate in a straight line through the motor, so that the friction medium (such as alcohol cotton cloth, eraser or pencil) installed on the metallurgical tool is repeatedly rubbed on the surface of the sample fixed on the test platform under a fixed pressure and speed. The wear resistance performance of the material is evaluated by the preset number of friction or the observation of the surface abrasion of the sample.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate friction medium (cotton cloth, eraser or pencil) according to the test requirements and install it on the corresponding metallurgical tool.
2. Secure the sample to be tested firmly on the test platform.
3. According to the requirements of the test standard, set the required test load by adding weight.
4. Manually adjust the test stroke to the required range (10~ 60mm).
5. Set the test speed (5 to 60 times/min) through the knob, and the LCD screen displays the current speed.
6. Preset the number of frictions to be performed on the counter.
7. Start the device and start testing.
8. Automatic stop after the test reaches the preset number of times, or stop manually to check the abrasion status of the sample.
9. Record the test results.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50HZ and properly grounded.
• When installing samples and friction media, be sure to ensure that they are firm to prevent loosening during testing.
• When adjusting the stroke and speed, follow the equipment operating instructions to avoid exceeding the range.
• When testing with liquids such as alcohol, ventilate carefully and keep away from sources of ignition.
• Regularly clean the equipment and keep the test platform and moving parts clean.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the equipment.
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items into the moving parts area while the equipment is in operation.
