Overview
AISRY ASR-5622 Electric Rub Resistance Tester is used to test inks adhesion to evaluate inks performance. This machine can perform dry grinding test, wet grinding test, decolorization change test, paper fuzz test and special friction test. Principle
The device performs reciprocating friction motion on the surface of the specimen through the motor-driven friction head. Under the set friction load, frequency and stroke, the abrasion situation in actual use is simulated, and the adhesion and wear resistance of inks are quantitatively evaluated by the change of inks state on the surface of the specimen before and after friction (such as decolorization and blurring degree).

Steps
Prepare a sample with a size of 140 x 50mm.
2. Fix the specimen on the equipment test bench.
3. Install or handle the friction head according to the test requirements (dry or wet grinding).
4. Set the required test parameters on the device, such as the number of frictions.
5. Start the equipment and start the friction test.
6. After the test reaches the set number of times, it will automatically stop.
7. Remove the sample, observe and evaluate the decolorization or abrasion of inks.
Notice
• Make sure the Power supply voltage is 1 * AC220V, match 3A current, and connect the power supply correctly.
• When placing the sample, ensure that it is flat and fixed to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
