Principle
Measurement principles of scattering and scattering-transmitted light were used to illuminate the sample by infrared LED Illuminant, and the intensity of scattered light was detected to determine the turbidity value.
Applications
Water quality monitoring, environment testing, industrial process control
Standards
ISO 7027、HJ 1075
Steps
1. Turn it on and check the battery level.
2. Measuring method (scattering method or scattering-transmission method)
3. Zero or turbidity calibrated
4. Place the sample and start the measurement
5. Viewing, storing, or transferring data
6. Shut down and clean the instrument
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is fully charged before use
• Calibrating requires the standard long-term turbidity calibrating set
• Avoid use beyond Ambient Temperature (5~ 40) ° C or relative humidity greater than 85%
• Make sure the sample bottle is clean and free of contamination during measurement
• Use dedicated communication software to connect to PC during data transmission
• Regularly check Instrument Protection Ratings to ensure IP65 performance
