Principle
Based on the principle of photoelectric Colorimetry, the DGB-422 Water Quality Analyzer uses LED Illuminant to illuminate the sample at a specific wavelength, and determines the water quality parameter concentration by measuring the change in light absorption. Built-in standard Linear dispersion allows users to directly use Colorimetric tubes for measurement without additional conversion.
Applications
Surface water, industrial wastewater, wastewater, wastewater recycling landscape water, drinking water, swimming pool water
Standards
GLP specification
Steps
1. Prepare samples and use Colorimetric tubes as measurement containers;
2. Open the instrument and select Measurement parameters;
3. Colorimetric tube into instrument Measuring location;
4. Measured values are automatically read and locked by the instrument;
5. View the results directly without conversion;
6. Optional multi-point calibrating to improve accuracy;
7. Store, access, or print data as needed after use.
8. Set the automatic shutdown time to save power consumption.
Notice
Make sure the instrument is fully charged or connected to USB power supply before use.
- Colorimetric tube specifications must meet the outer diameter 16mm * length 100mm, capacity 10ml;
- Avoid strong light interference during measurement to ensure signal stability;
- Periodically calibrated to maintain Measurement accuracy;
- Pay attention to Protection Ratings during operation to avoid water or dust entering;
- Data storage and deletion follow GLP specifications;
- Ensure a stable connection during firmware upgrades to avoid interruptions.
The automatic shutdown function can customize the time to protect the battery and data security.
