Principle
Ammonia Nitrogen Working Reagent Pack through the Noll Reagent and ammonia nitrogen in water color reaction, in potassium sodium tartrate as a masking agent to eliminate the influence of interfering ions, ammonia nitrogen pretreatment agent A pretreatment of water samples, and finally through the instrument measurement Absorbance value calculation of ammonia nitrogen concentration.

Steps
1. Take an appropriate amount of water sample and add pretreatment agent A for treatment
2. Add Potassium Sodium Tartrate Solution and Noll Reagent
3. Let the reaction stand for a specified time after mixing
Use DGB-401 or DGB-422 instrument for measurement
5. Read and record ammonia nitrogen concentration values
