Principle
The total nitrogen working Reagent package converts nitrogen-containing compounds in water samples into measurable forms through chemical digestion and color reaction principles. In the DGB-401 instrument, after the Reagent reacts with the sample, the total nitrogen concentration is detected by photometry for rapid quantitative analysis.

Steps
Prepare DGB-401 instruments and samples.
2. Add Total Nitrogen Base Reagent, Potassium Persulfate Powder, Anti-Interference Agent and Acid Reagent according to the instructions.

4. Use the instrument to measure and read the total nitrogen concentration value.
