Principle
The permanganate index Reagent package works based on the principle of potassiumhy permanganate oxidation. Under acidic conditions, potassiumhy permanganate reacts with reducing substances in water, and the permanganate index in the water sample is measured by measuring the consumption of potassiumhy permanganate to evaluate the degree of organic pollution in the water body.
