Overview
The LEICI Aluminum Ion Reagent Pack (Model: 781900N00) is a pre-fabricated Reagent pack designed for water quality testing. It is suitable for DGB-427 instruments. Measurement range is 0.000~ 0.3mg/L. The Reagent pack contains components such as indicator, ammonia, nitric acid solution, chrome azure S solution and buffer. It can be used 100 times to simplify the aluminum Ion concentration detection process.
Features
1. Measurement range accurately covers 0.000~ 0.3mg/L aluminum Ion concentration.
2. Prefabricated Reagent package design, easy to operate, reduce human error.
3. Contains a variety of dedicated Reagent components to ensure detection accuracy.
4. A single package can be used up to 100 times, making it cost-effective.
Principle
The Aluminum Ion Reagent Package is based on the Chrome Azure S Spectrophotometric method, spec-trophotometry principle. In the presence of buffer, aluminum ions form a colored complex with the Chrome Azure S indicator, and the measurement of Absorbance changes by the DGB-427 instrument is used to quantitatively analyze the aluminum Ion concentration in the water sample.
Applications
Water quality testing, environment monitoring, industrial wastewater analysis, drinking water security evaluation
Steps
Prepare water samples and DGB-427 instruments.
2. Take an appropriate amount of components in the Reagent package according to the instructions.
3. Mix the water sample with the Reagent to ensure a sufficient reaction.
4. Use the DGB-427 instrument to make measurements and read the results.
5. Clean the equipment and properly dispose of the waste liquid.
