HY-1 Vortex Mixer is a LEICI brand laboratory equipment, widely used in laboratories and laboratories of Universities & colleges, scientific research and production enterprises such as environment monitoring, Petrochemicals, food, metallurgy, etc., for mixing and extraction. It can quickly, uniformly and effectively mix liquids, liquid-solid and solid-solid powders in the form of high-speed vortices.

Principle
The HY-1 vortex Mixer uses a circular oscillation mode and is driven by a shaded pole motor to achieve high-speed vortex mixing. With a Speed range of 2800rpm and a turnover diameter of 4mm, it can quickly and evenly mix liquid, liquid-solid and solid powder samples.

Steps
1. Connect the device to the power supply (Voltage 200-240/100-120VAC, Frequency 50/60Hz);
2. Use the knob for stepless speed regulation and set the required Rotation speed;
3. Select the point or continuous Operating Mode by one-click switching;
4. After placing the sample, start the equipment for mixing operation.
