Overview
LEICI 962121 Low Conductivity detector pH composite Electrode is a measurement Electrode designed for water samples with low conductivity above 100 µS/cm. The Electrode is made of imported epoxy resin, with polymer liquid junction and Ag/Agcl reference system. Measurement range covers 0-11pH and 0-80 ℃.
Features
1. Designed for low conductivity water samples, suitable for samples with conductivity above 100 µS/cm
2. Imported epoxy resin material, strong durability
3. Polymer liquid junction design, stable performance
4. Ag/Agcl reference system, accurate measurement
5. S7 connector, easy connection
Principle
The pH composite Electrode works based on the principle of potentiometry and determines the pH value by measuring the potential difference generated by the activity of hydrogen ions in the solution. The Electrode internal reference system and the sample solution form a complete measurement circuit through the polymer liquid boundary, which converts the chemical signal into an electrical signal output.
Applications
Low conductivity water sample measurement, laboratory water quality analysis, industrial process monitoring
Steps
1. Connect the S7 connector to the measuring instrument
2. Check Electrode Status to Ensure Liquid Junction Cleanliness
3. Electrode immersion in the sample to be tested
4. Wait for the measurement result to stabilize
5. Electrode cleaning with pure water after measurement
Notice
• Only suitable for low conductivity water samples above 100 µS/cm
• Check Electrode Integrity Before Use
• Avoid Electrode Exposure to Air for a Long Time
• Electrode performance is checked regularly and calibrated if necessary
• Use pure water when cleaning to avoid contaminating the liquid interface
• Electrode wet during storage
