LEICI 962241 Conical pH Composite Electrode is a solid semi-solid piercing measurement electrode with BNC connector and filler solution (60mL, 614001). Measurement range is 0~ 14pH, Temperature range is 0-60 ℃, material is food grade stainless steel, suitable for piercing samples directly for pH detection.

Principle
The Electrode is based on the principle of pH composite Electrode, which pierces solid or semi-solid samples through a conical Probe, generates a potential difference in contact with the sample by the internal reference system, and transmits the signal through the liquid interface of the high-performance ceramic core, and finally converts it into a pH value reading by the instrument.

Steps
1. Connect Electrode to pH Meter BNC Interface
2. Check and add the filling solution to the designated location
3. Standard buffer calibrated
4. Poke Cone Electrode Directly into Solid or Semi-Solid Sample
5. Record the ph value after waiting for the reading to stabilize
6. Clean Electrode After Use and Store Properly
Notice
• Make sure the filling solution is sufficient before use
• Avoid damage to the Electrode with excessive force when piercing the sample
• Electrode cleaning after measurement to prevent contamination
• Electrode wet during storage
• Avoid use beyond the 0-60 ℃ Temperature range
• Regularly check whether the ceramic sand core is blocked
