Overview
LEICI 962224 High Temperature Resistant pH Composite Electrode is a measurement Electrode designed for high temperature samples. It is suitable for the Temperature range of 0-100 ° C and the pH Measurement range is 0-14pH. The Electrode is made of Glass and a high-performance ceramic core liquid junction. It is equipped with a liquid-addable reference structure. The size is φ 12 × 120mm. The connector is S7 to BNC (Q9 type).
Features
1. High temperature design, suitable for high temperature sample measurement at 0-100 ° C
2. High-performance ceramic core liquid bonding to ensure stable performance
3. Long-life reference structure to extend service life
4. Liquid reference solution can be added for easy maintenance
5. Standard S7 to BNC connector, strong compatibility
Principle
Based on the principle of Glass electrode, the Electrode generates a potential difference through the Selective Response of Hydrogen Ions through the Glass film, and forms a complete measurement circuit in combination with the Reference Electrode. The high-performance ceramic core liquid interface provides stable ion channels, ensuring accurate measurement of ph values in high temperature environments.
Applications
High temperature sample measurement, industrial process control, laboratory analysis
Standards
The product information does not mention specific standards
Steps
1. Connect Electrode to instrument using S7 to BNC connector
2. Check and add the filling solution (model 614001, 60mL)
3. Calibrate according to sample temperature in the range of 0-100 ° C
4. Electrode immersion in high temperature sample for measurement
5. Clean and store properly after use
Notice
• Ensure that the specified filling solution (614001) is used to maintain performance
• Avoid use beyond the 0-100 ℃ Temperature range
• Regularly check the liquid junction and reference solution status
• After high temperature measurement, it needs to be properly chilled down and then cleaned
• Optional accessories such as mixing shield are recommended to optimize measurement
