Overview
LEICI 972121 Potassium Ion Composite Electrode is a professional Electrode for the measurement of potassium Ion concentration in solutions. The Electrode is a composite design with a reference filler, calibrated solution, and ionic strength modifier. The connector is a BNC interface.
Features
1. Electrode design with integrated measurement and reference functions
2. Complete Reagents, including Reference Filler, Calibrating Solution and Ionic Strength Regulator
3. Adopt BNC standard interface, strong compatibility
4. Replaceable membrane design to extend service life
Principle
Electrode is based on the principle of ion selective electrode. Electrode membrane has a selective response to potassium ions. When Electrode is immersed in the solution to be tested, the membrane potential is logarithmic with the potassium Ion concentration in the solution, and the potassium Ion concentration can be calculated by measuring the change of potential.
Applications
Water quality monitoring, environment testing, food analysis, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, laboratory research
Standards
BNC Interface standard
Steps
1. Electrode to measuring instrument BNC interface
2. Add Reference Filler to Electrode Chamber
3. Electrode calibrating with calibrating solution
4. Add an ionic strength modifier to the sample to be tested
5. Electrode immersion in the sample for measurement
6. Read and record measurement results
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use
• Electrode film to avoid contact with sharp objects
• Regularly change the reference filling solution and calibrating solution
• Electrode cleaning after measurement
• Keep Electrode Film Wet During Storage
• Avoid long-term use in a strong acid and alkali environment
