Principle
Based on the principle of ion-selective membrane, Electrode responds to the Ion concentration of nitrate in the sample through the change of membrane potential, and combines the reference system to form a complete measurement circuit to output the electrical signal related to the Ion concentration.

Steps
1. Install Electrode and Connect Instrument
2. Electrode calibrating with calibrating solution
3. Add an ionic strength modifier to the sample
4. Immerse the sample for measurement
5. Read and record concentration values
