Overview
LEICI E-201 pH Composite Electrode is a two-in-one pH Electrode with a Measurement range of 0-14pH and a Temperature range of 5-60 ° C. It is suitable for pH measurement of conventional and highly contaminated samples. The shell is made of polycarbonic acid ester, equipped with Glass bulb sensitive film and polyformaldehyde single salt bridge liquid interface. The reference type is Ag/AgCl, and the connector is BNC (Q9 type).
Features
1. Electrode design with pH measurement
2. Suitable for measurement of highly contaminated samples
3. Measurement range, covering 0-14pH
4. Operating temperature range 5-60 ℃
5. Using formaldehyde single salt bridge liquid interface
6. Ag/AgCl reference system
7. Polycarbonic acid ester shell material
8. Glass bubble sensitive film
9. BNC (Q9 type) connector
Principle
The pH composite Electrode produced a potential difference by contacting the glass bulb sensitive film with the tested solution, and combined with the built-in Ag/AgCl reference Electrode to form a complete measurement circuit. The polyformaldehyde monosalt bridge ensures the slow exudation of the reference electrolysis solution and maintains a stable liquid junction potential, so as to accurately measure the pH value of the solution.
Applications
Conventional sample measurement, high pollution sample measurement
Steps
1. Connect the Electrode BNC plug to the corresponding interface of the pH Meter
2. Remove Electrode protective cap and rinse Electrode sensitive film with deionized water
3. Immerse the Electrode in the solution to be tested to ensure complete immersion of the liquid junction
4. Record the ph value after waiting for the reading to stabilize
5. Electrode rinse with deionized water after measurement
6. Put on a protective cap and keep it properly
Notice
• Check whether the Electrode Sensitive Film is in good condition before use
• Ensure that the liquid junction is fully immersed in the solution during measurement
• Avoid collision of Electrode Sensitive Film with hard objects
• Electrode cleaning with deionized water regularly
• When not in use for a long time, it should be stored with a protective cap on.
• Not suitable for strong corrosion solutions
Stabilization time may be required for measurement of highly contaminated samples
