Overview
LEICI Model 217 Reference Electrode is a Saturated Calomel Double Salt Bridge Reference Electrode with a Glass Shell, Dimensions of φ 10 × 120 mm, and U-shaped Fork Connector. The Electrode is suitable for the 5-55 ° C Temperature Measurement range and is made of ceramic sand core salt bridge material.
Features
1. Adopt saturated calomel double salt bridge design
2. Glass shell material, good durability
3. Equipped with U-shaped fork connector for easy connection
4. Ceramic sand core salt bridge material, stable performance
5. Support 5-55 ℃ wide temperature Measurement range
Principle
The 217 type reference Electrode works based on the principle of saturated calomel double salt bridge. The first section of the salt bridge is filled with saturated KCl solution, and the second section of the salt bridge can be filled with self-selected liquid according to needs. The ion exchange is realized through the ceramic sand core to establish a stable reference potential.
Applications
Electrochemistry measurement, laboratory analysis, water quality testing, industrial process control
Steps
1. Check whether the Electrode Appearance is in good condition
2. Confirm that the filling liquid in the salt bridge is sufficient
3. Connect the U-shaped fork to the measurement system
4. Temperature range measurement at 5-55 ° C
5. Clean and store properly after use
Notice
• Check Electrode Integrity Before Use
• Ensure that the filling fluid is sufficient and free of leakage
• The operating temperature shall not exceed 55 ° C
• Avoid violent collisions and falls
• Regularly check the patency of salt bridges
• Keep clean and drying during storage
