AISRY ASR-1021 (5KG) touch screen single column tensile strength testing machine is a kind of equipment suitable for mechanical performance testing of various materials. It is mainly used for tensile strength, peel strength, deformation rate, breaking force, disbonding force, opening force and other performance tests of Plastic film, composite film, Adhesive, adhesive tape, medical patch, protective film, release paper, rubber, artificial leather, paper fiber and other products.

Principle
The testing machine is driven by a variable speed motor to apply tensile or disbonding force to the sample. The force value Sensor detects the force condition in real time and transmits the data to the control system. The system controls the testing process according to the set parameters (such as speed, stop conditions), and calculates and displays the tensile strength, Peel Strength, deformation rate and other related performance indicators.

Steps
Connect the power supply (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz).
2. Install the appropriate tensile fixture according to the test requirements.
3. Set test parameters on the touch screen, such as test speed, force unit, etc.
4. Clamp the specimen correctly on the fixture.
5. Start the test and the device will run automatically.
6. After the test is completed, the results can be output through the micro-printer.
7. Turn off the power and clean the equipment.
