AISRY ASR-1021 (10KG) touch screen single column tensile strength testing machine is a equipment for material mechanical performance testing. Principle
The testing machine applies tensile or disbonding force to the specimen installed on the fixture by driving the transmission system through a speed-regulating motor. The force Sensor monitors the applied force value in real time, and the displacement Sensor records the deformation or displacement of the specimen. The control system runs the test according to the set parameters (such as speed, stop conditions), and finally calculates the mechanical properties of the specimen, such as tensile strength, disbonding force, etc.

Steps
Connect the power supply (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz).
2. According to the test requirements, install the appropriate tensile fixture.
3. Place the specimen correctly between the upper and lower clamps.
4. Set test parameters through the touch screen, such as test speed, force unit, shutdown mode, etc.
5. Start the test, and the testing machine automatically stretches or disbonds the sample.
6. After the test is completed, the device will automatically shut down, and the test results can be viewed through the screen.
7. Use a microprinter to print the test report.
Notice
* Power supply voltage (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz) is required.
When installing or replacing fixtures, ensure that the equipment is powered off.
Select the appropriate fixture and test parameters according to the sample type and test criteria.
Before testing, make sure that the sample is clamped firmly to prevent slippage.
Pay attention to the safety settings of the upper and lower limits of the equipment to avoid running beyond the stroke.
Equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated to ensure test accuracy.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the equipment.
