Overview
AISRY ASR-1021 (20KG) touch screen single column tensile strength tester is a device used to test the mechanical performance of materials. It is suitable for the tensile strength, Peel Strength, Deformation Rate, Breaking Force, Disbonding Force, Opening Force and other performance tests of Plastic film, Composite film, Adhesive, Adhesive tape, Medical patch, Protective film, Release paper, Rubber, Artificial leather, paper fiber and other products.

Principle
The testing machine is powered by a speed-regulated motor, which drives the fixture to apply tensile or disbonding force to the sample. The device has a built-in High Accuracy Sensor for real-time measurement of force value changes, and sets parameters and monitors the process through the touch screen control system. Finally, the tensile strength, Peel Strength and other performance data of the material are obtained, and the results can be output through the micro printer.

Steps
Connect the power supply (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz).
2. Install the optional tensile fixture according to the test requirements.
3. Clamp the specimen to the fixture.
4. Set the test speed, force unit, stress unit, and shutdown mode (e.g. upper and lower limit safety settings) through the touch screen.
5. Start the test and the equipment runs automatically until the set conditions are reached or the specimen breaks.
6. After the test is completed, output the results through the micro printer.
Notice
* Power supply voltage meets requirements (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz).
* Before operation, please confirm that the fixture is firmly installed and the sample is clamped correctly.
Set the test speed and safety limits reasonably according to the characteristics of the sample.
* Note that the effective stroke of the equipment is 600mm, and the test space is 120mm. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
* The weight of the equipment is about 40kg, and attention should be paid to safety when moving and installing.
* Regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure Measurement accuracy.
