Principle
The testing machine is driven by a speed-regulating motor to apply tensile force to the sample. The force value Sensor detects the force condition in real time, and the data is displayed on the touch screen after being processed by the system. When the sample breaks or reaches the preset force value and displacement limit, the equipment automatically stops and can print the test results.

Steps
Connect the power supply (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz).
2. Install the appropriate tensile fixture according to the test requirements.
3. Place the specimen correctly in the fixture.
4. Set test parameters such as speed, unit, and stop conditions through the touch screen.
5. Start the test and the device will run automatically.
6. After the test is completed, check the data and use the micro printer to output the results.
7. Turn off the power and clean the countertop.

* Power supply voltage meets requirements (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz).
* The weight of the equipment is about 40kg, so pay attention to safety when moving.
When clamping the sample, ensure that it is firm to prevent slippage.
Please set the upper and lower safety limits correctly before testing to prevent equipment overload.
