Overview
AISRY ASR-1025 Peel strength tester is a device specially used to test the adhesion fastness of materials. It is mainly used to test the adhesion of copper foil circuits on PC boards, as well as the fastness of tin foil, lead foil, tape and other materials to the surface of objects. The actual 90-degree Peel Strength is measured by disbonding the specimen at a vertical angle. Optional High Accuracy digital push-pull gauge.
Features
1. Specially used to test 90 degree Peel Strength.
2. Suitable for PC board copper foil circuit adhesion and adhesion fastness test of various foils and tapes.
3. Optional High Accuracy digital push-pull gauge.
4. The speed range covers 10~ 60mm/min.
5. Compact structure and relatively small volume.
Principle
The testing machine drives the fixture through the drive device to disbond the specimen (such as copper foil, tin foil, tape, etc.) adhered to the surface of the object at a vertical angle of 90 degrees at a set speed (10~ 60mm/min). During the disbonding process, the force required for disbonding is measured and displayed by the force sensing device (pointer sensing), so as to measure the Peel Strength of the material.
Applications
PC board copper foil circuit adhesion testing, tin foil adhesion fastness testing, lead foil adhesion fastness testing, tape and other adhesive materials fastness testing

Notice
• The testing machine only uses a single-phase 220V AC power supply.
• Do not place flammable objects around the testing machine to avoid fire.
• The test case must be grounded, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.
• The power inlet end should be connected to an air switch and contactor with leakage protection above a certain amount, so that the power can be cut off in an emergency.
When the machine is working, do not touch the electromagnet with your hands.
• If you need to move the machine, be sure to move it after the power is cut off.
