Overview
The XIONGFA XF-1636B apparent bulk density meter is a special equipment for testing the apparent density (pb) of loose materials (powder or pellets) that can flow out of a specified funnel. This method is suitable for the measurement of the apparent density (pb) of the powder molding compound, that is, the mass per unit volume, and provides parameters for the design of the molding compound Encasement, mold cavity, and extrusion screw.

Principle

Steps
Prepare samples and control the sampling volume within the range of 110ml-120ml
2. Pour the sample into the funnel
3. Open the plug-in board to allow the material to flow out freely
4. Collect the outflow material into the receiver
5. mass measurement of collected material
6. Calculate apparent density (pb) values
