Overview
AISRY ASR-7125 leather folding tester is a device used to test the folding performance of leather, leather, fabric and other materials. It is suitable for the detection of thin materials such as uppers, clothing and bags by clamping the inner and outer sides of the tested materials and repeatedly twisting them for a certain number of times to observe their damage.
Features
1. Multiple sets of tests can be performed simultaneously, equipped with 12 sets of fixtures.
2. Adopt a 6-bit electronic counter for accurate counting.
3. The folding speed is stable at 100 +/- 5cpm.
4. The bending angle is set to 22.5 degrees.
5. Suitable for a variety of thin materials.
Principle
The machine drives the clamping fixture through the motor, so that the clamped test piece (size 70x45cm) is repeatedly bent at a set angle (22.5 °). The device operates at a preset folding speed (100 +/- 5cpm), and the number of bends is recorded by an electronic counter. After the test, the material's bending resistance is evaluated by observing the surface changes of the test piece (such as crazing, fluffing, breakage, etc.).
Applications
Upper material testing, Clothing material testing, Bag material testing, Leather product testing, Spinning & weaving product testing
Standards

Steps
1. Connect the device to AC 220V/50Hz power supply.
2. According to the standard requirements, the preparation size is 70x45cm.
3. Correctly insert the inner and outer sides of the test piece into the corresponding fixture.
4. Set the required number of bends on the electronic counter.
5. Start the device and start testing.
6. The device will automatically stop after running to a set number of times.
7. Remove the specimen, observe and record the surface damage.
Notice
Equipment should be placed on a stable workbench.
* Power supply voltage meets AC 220V/50Hz requirement before operation.
When clamping the test piece, ensure that it is flat, free of initial damage, and the inner and outer directions are correct.
Do not touch moving parts during testing.
Regularly clean and maintain the equipment.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or modify the equipment.
