Overview
AISRY ASR-7122 outsole folding tester is a device specially used to test the folding performance of sports shoes, casual shoes, work shoes and other finished shoes. It evaluates the folding performance of the sole or checks its degree through continuous reciprocating bending for a long time, fixed frequency and fixed angle. The design is reasonable and the operation is simple.
Features
1. The design is reasonable, the model is beautiful, and the specimen is easy to hold and take out.
2. The shaft is made of carbon steel, which is sturdy and durable.
3. The belt is tightly integrated with the rotating shaft in a gap-free manner to minimize abrasion and noise.
4. Adopt toothed belt, accurate and stable speed.
5. Equipped with anti-vibration design and shock-proof tripod, stable operation.
6. Simple operation and easy maintenance.
7. Equipped with acrylic protective cover to ensure the safety of the operator.
8. Comply with SATRA TM92 technical basis.
Principle
This machine is driven by a motor to make the sole sample continuously reciprocate and bend at a set angle (such as 90 °) and frequency (adjustable 0-155 times/minute). After the set number of bends, observe and evaluate the folding performance or checking degree of the sole to inspect its durability.
Applications
Fold resistance performance test of sports shoes, casual shoes, work shoes, safety shoes, protective shoes, professional shoes and other finished shoes
Standards
GB/T 20991、EN344、SATRA TM161、ISO17707
Steps
1. Install the sole sample to be tested on the fixture to ensure that the clamping is firm.
2. Set the required bending angle (e.g. 90 °) and bending frequency (0-155 times/minute) according to the test standard.
3. Set the required number of bends on the LCD counter.
4. Close the acrylic protective cover and start the machine to start the test.
5. The machine stops automatically after running to a set number of times.
6. Take out the sample and evaluate its folding performance or checking degree.
Notice
• Before operation, make sure that the sample is firmly clamped to prevent peeling during the test.
• When the machine is running, do not open the acrylic protective cover to ensure safety.
• Regularly check the abrasion of belts, shafts and other components and carry out maintenance.
• Do not exceed the film thickness (≤ 25mm) and clamping range (0-120mm) specified by the equipment for testing.
The equipment should be placed on a stable workbench and effectively supported by a shock-proof tripod.
