This machine is suitable for right-angle bending test of Rubber, sole, PU and other materials. After the test piece is continuously stretched and bent by this machine, check its attenuation, damage and checking degree.

Principle
Through the drive mechanism, the specimen is repeatedly stretched and folded at the set angle (0 ° -45 °) and speed (80 +/- 5cpm) to simulate the buckling process in actual use to evaluate the fatigue resistance of the material or product.

Steps
1. Install 4 finished shoe specimens on the fixture.
2. According to the test requirements, set the required folding angle (0 ° -45 °).
3. Start the equipment, and the machine will repeatedly bend and fold the specimen at a speed of 80 +/- 5cpm.
4. Observe or set the number of tests through the LCD counter.
5. After the test, remove the specimen and check its attenuation, damage and checking degree.
Notice
The rated voltage of the equipment is AC 220V 50HZ, please ensure that the power supply matches.
• When installing the test piece, ensure that it is firm to prevent peeling during the test.
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment to ensure accurate folding angle and speed.
